FORM W-2, Wage and Tax StatementÌý

³Û´Ç³Ü°ùÌý2021ÌýForm W-2Ìýis available nowÌýif you elected to receive the form electronically. To access yourÌý2021ÌýElectronic Form W-2:Ìý

  • Log in toÌýÌý
  • Go to Personalized Links, click Work@AUÌý
  • Click W-2 Statements and select yearÌý2021Ìý

Your Form W-2 will load in your web browser as a PDF file. If the file does not display correctly, try using a different browser such as Internet Explorer, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome.Ìý

If you opted not to receive your Form W-2 electronically or did not complete the consent formÌýbefore January 20, a paper version will be mailed to your home address and post marked by January 31.Ìý

If you would like to change the method by which you receive your Form W-2 inÌýfutureÌýyears:Ìý

  • Log in toÌý
  • Go toÌýPersonalized Links, click Work@AUÌý
  • Click on W-2 StatementsÌýÌý
  • Select eitherÌýOpt-InÌý(electronic) orÌýOpt-OutÌý(paper) and click SubmitÌý

FORM 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and CoverageÌý

In addition to the W-2, faculty and staff who were eligible for AU-sponsored medical coverage at any time during calendar year 2021 will receive aÌýForm 1095-CÌýmailed to their home by the end of February. The form is required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and provides documentation to support your income tax filing for 2021. Kaiser medical plan participants also will receive a Form 1095-B directly from Kaiser.Ìý
