FormĀ W-2, Wage and Tax Statement

³Ū“Ē³Ü°łĢż2022Ā FormĀ W-2Ā is now availableĀ if you elected to receive the form electronically. To access yourĀ 2022Ā Electronic FormĀ W-2:

• Login toĀ 
• Go to Personalized Links, click ā€œWork @ AUā€
• Click ā€œ°Ā-2Ģż³§³Ł²¹³Ł±š³¾±š²Ō³Ł²õ,ā€ log into Eagle Service, and select year 2022.

Your FormĀ W-2Ā will load in your web browser as a PDF file. If the file does not display correctly, try using a different browser such as Apple Safari or Google Chrome.

If you opted not to receive your FormĀ W-2Ā electronically or did not complete the consent formĀ before January 17, a paper version will be mailed to your home address and postmarked by January 24.

If you would like to change the method by which you receive your FormĀ W-2Ā inĀ futureĀ years:

• Login toĀ 
• Go toĀ Personalized Links, click ā€œWorkĀ @ AUā€
• Click on ā€œ°Ā-2Ģż³§³Ł²¹³Ł±š³¾±š²Ō³Ł²õā€ and log into Eagle Service
• Click on ā€œReceive my W-2 only in electronic formatā€ and hit ā€œSave.ā€

FormĀ 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage

In addition to theĀ W-2, faculty and staff who were eligible for AU-sponsored medical coverage at any time during calendar year 2022 will receive aĀ Form 1095-CĀ mailed to their home by the end of February. The form is required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and provides documentation to support your income tax filing for 2022. Kaiser medical plan participants also will receive a Form 1095-B directly from Kaiser.
